Mission
“To increase the number of women, people of color and other underrepresented groups working in the fire service in Oregon and Washington”
We are representatives from Northwest Regional Fire Departments and educational institutions. Our council is composed of fire service personnel, military transitional support personnel, human resource leaders, educators, regional business leaders as well as local champions of diversity.
The council was created as a collaborative effort to support and increase the diversity of emergency services personnel.
